Progress Update - Greycoats - 10/10/2023
Progress photos taken from our Greycoats Place site in London showing the ongoing installation of the Mansard Roof to the rear of the building consisting of Schueco louvre panels. Also visible on the rear elevation are the completed large rectangular Schueco windows finished in Syntha Pulvin bronze coating. To the front of the building the scaffold strike begins to reveal the curved curtain wall & glazing spanning between the 1st & 4th floors, which include elliptic feature caps throughout. Sitting above the curtain wall on the 5th floor are the ten large circular windows, looking out over London. The front elevation is bookended by the punch hole windows on the 1st to 4th floors. To complete the project, the ground floor curtain wall will be installed in late October with the project due for completion by the end of the year.
