New Secured Project - 40 Broadway - 25/10/2024
Anglian Architectural are pleased to announce that we have recently secured the Curtain Walling, Windows & Doors package for the 40 Broadway scheme located directly opposite St James' Park Underground Station.
The project will rise to 8 storeys and span more than 130,000 sq ft with rooftop views across St James' Park, Westminster Abbey & The Houses of Parliament.
Our works consist of a combination of Schuco Capped Curtain Walling & Fire Rated Curtain Walling, Schuco Swing Door Units & Fire Rated Swing Doors & Schuco Windows.
Work is due to commence on site late 2024.
