Project Details
Mercers Yard consists of the refurbishment of a traditional Covent Garden warehouse into a flagship retail store, as well as the construction of three new buildings offering retail and restaurant space opening out into a new public space. The upper floors of the building contains 24 apartments.
Anglian Architectural were asked to provide glazed feature screens to the store front with reveal claddings and decorative steel border, frameless glazing and envelope cladding to a glass box pavilion store and a number of automated access doors to the residential area, including fire rated doors.
